Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 - 3:30.
It is Closed on Thursdays and Fridays.
Paint Shed is Closed
If you have good, usuable Latex Paint that you would like to get rid of, please offer it on www.craigslist.com or www.freecycle.org (the Framingham group moves things very quickly, but the Natick groups works too). Both organizations allow you to give away things for free and you can arrange pick-up at your home or a drop-off at a mutually agreeable location.
If you have old, unusable oil based Paint or Stain you will need to wait until Harazdous Waste Day (annualy in May) to dispose of it. If you have a lot of cans of old paint or you are a business, you can call Clean Harbors (in Braintree) for disposal at 781-380-7120. There is a small fee.
If you have old, unusable Latex Paint, please open it and let it dry out compeletly, then put it in your regular blue trash bag for weekly curbside disposal. (must be completely dry before you put it in the trash! please!)
e-mail us if you have questions natickrecycles@rcn.com
CYA Day Spring 2009 was a Huge Success! Many Thanks to all who participated!
We are planning our Spring 2010 (May 8th) event now - please let us know if you have any ideas or requests.
Shredded paper IS recyclable in western Massachusetts recycling programs:
If you shred papers at home, place shredded paper in a paper bag and lightly tape or staple the top shut. Securing the bag will help reduce litter.
Please, do not use plastic bags!
