The cost is $25 per item. Best Buy has a recycling program as well. |

Items such as fluorescent bulbs, button cell batteries, blood pressure machines, mercury switches, thermometers and thermostats all contain mercury. These items can pollute our environment and pose a risk to all of us. They can all be returned to the Recycling Center.
You can also exchange your mercury thermometer for a new digital one at either the Board of Health or the DPW. |

You can also use Craig’s List or www.freecycle.org and there are a lot of organizations that will pick them up if you have other stuff as well, like Big Brothers Big Sisters and AmVets. |

The Paint Shed is open again! Only Natick residents can drop off paint. Must be latex or oil paint, No stains or thinners. 5 gallon per day per resident limit. Anyone can pick-up paint from the paint shed even non-residents. If you have large quantities of paint or are a business, you can also contact Clean Harbors for responsible disposal at 781-792-5000. They charged a small fee. Stains and Thinners are also collected during Household Hazardous Waste Day - contact the Natick Board of Health for more info. |

Leave in curbside recycling bin or bring to recycling center. Steel can also be included in a bulky waste pick-up. A minimum charge of $25 is charged for pick-up. To sign up for a pick-up, you must present an itemized list of the materials to be collected to DPW by the Thursday before the scheduled Monday pick-up. |

Bulk Styrofoam can be brought to the recycling center. Bulk includes, for example, formed pieces around computers and televisions. Styrofoam peanuts, cups, or trays are not accepted at this time. Clean Styrofoam packing peanuts can be taken to your local UPS Store or try Craig’s List or www.freecycle.org Soiled Styrofoam cups, plates and food trays go in the trash. |
